I was thinking the same thing. if its wifi only, and almost every navigation app out there requires you to have data connectivity, how many people are using this as a navigation tablet? I would rather they just leave out the gps and knock off $50 in the process.

I worked QA too. if the sofware runs, its good enough for some developers. its not the QA fault often. Heck even open beta tests are just demos as most of the bugs submitted rarely get fixed. its all about what can we put out that reviewers will deem worthy of release. Maybe if reviewers were more harsh on bugs…

is there a baseboard that allows you to run cable behind it? seems like it would be a good way to hide cables without cutting in the walls.

I still use it, but mainly on my desktop at work. Its much more handy to use pidgin than it is to use my phone to text someone as well (I use an SMS plugin for google talk). However since its a plugin, it breaks from time to time :(.

yes it is a huge deal. Cabinet space is limited. I have both a PS3 and a PS2, and now Sony (may) require me to have my PS4 out as well. That is a huge deal, and the PS4 would have to be much much better than the PS3 for me to upgrade based on that alone.

using pidgin and gtalk I sms my friends from the desktop all the time. they can even sms me back when I havent initiated unlike AOL's implementation. Works great. And I can do it on something other than a mac.

I tried to like Chrome and Chromium, I really did. I have ICS on my android and would love to use its itegration... but heres the thing, it doesnt work well, and never did.

Motorola makes more than phones... My cable box is Motorola from Comcast, wouldnt it be advantageous for Google to roll out the new boxes with Google TV - instant integration into the market.
