they cant prove who clicked accept. EULA agreements arent lock tight. They just buy time until the defense can prove you didnt accept it.

lol. although it probably would invalidate your claim for some stupid reason
read the agreement "YOU MUST NOTIFY SNEI IN WRITING WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DATE THAT YOU ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT" so yes you sign the EULA and play online and then send in your "I hope you get sued for all you have" letter in the mail.
I really miss google notebook :( (or will soon)
personally I am a copy the file over like a hard drive kinda guy, but Banshee and Rhythm Player both work well (my dad does this).
sweet. now we just need the SDK at launch (or reasonably soon after) and we have a real PC game.
you know it would be cool for PnP RPGs however.
I would go one step further (for PC).... dont buy any multiplayer game unless there are dedicated servers, and server browsers. Dont buy anything over $40 unless it has an SDK at launch or shortly afterwards (or there will be map packs or it will be unsupported, either way its not a good option). Never buy a game for…
these articles are starting to seem creepy now. like you are stalking him.
sweet. higher resolution pics of people holding alcohol.
multiplayer, coop, do you know yet?
514 also uses the Move. But yea, no keyboard and mouse (but maybe this will bump it up a bit?)
they dont need to be there. They pretty much just post the press releases anyway.
I hope they tell us what the game is. I dont believe they stated if it was a single player or multiplayer or mmo or whatever its going to be. All I know right now is that there are space ships in space.
you will be waiting a long time
I own a PS3, a PC, and a Wii. I do not own a 360.
ironic thing was that I could play MW2 no problem, but Blackops ran so poorly I never could play it. SP played ok (not great) but MP played horrible. I think it was a netcode issue not a server issue, but who knows. Not sure if I can stomach another COD after Blackops.
IE6. its a tried and proven browser! It will never die.
awesome, I just removed all the bloat from all the gawker sites!
you and thousands of others.
