don't forget the Cyborg R Mirage - AWD 3 door hatch, 2.0 turbo or 1.6 mivec

In some sick way, I'd almost rather my remaining grandmother die like a lawless badass than the way my other 3 grandparents have gone: multilple aneurisms and a vegetative state; cerebral hemhorrage while sleeping; and a protracted 3-year battle with Alzheimers in a nursing home.

You know what? I hate beer. I've never had a complete beer in my life. The difference between me and hipsters is they keep up with the times, and I'm going to look like this forever :)

Of course they are going to cheat. You should do it in Canada. It's the perfect mix of British and US. Just keep it within 10 miles of the border.

Will you guys ever do a Top Gear Challenge with the UK cast? I would love to see a competition between the two. Even if it was just a day special like the Sydney Special.

80s. Turbo. Showdown.

Yes

Yes and yes. They're nearly all manual, most are diesel and you can get a metallic brown.

Space for four people (I have a family), reliability, safety, economy. One of my plans for next year is to get a 1st generation Miata and have it as my old-car tinkering toy.

Let's not forget how awesome Mitsubishi was in the 90's. Because Jackie Chan.*

I love everything about my Evo. It's been 'slightly' modified from stock (mechanical rear diff conversion, 2.2L motor, suspension, etc) into my iteration of the perfect balanced driving machine and wouldn't give it up for anything else. Godspeed Mitsubishi, thank you for what you gave us.

I absolute love my Galant VR4. Having owned a few of them, as well as a couple of Galant GSXs (the non turbo AWD variant), i have to say i'm a diehard mitsubishi fan for no other reason than the E38A and E39A chassis.

This thread needs more Starion love... A TBI Turbo 2.6L 4 banger wasn't the most efficient setup but damn was it fun to drive.

Mitsubishi Mirage Cyborg-R - 1.6 4G92-MIVEC 172bhp

At last, some love for the FTO. Here's mine:

So I'm sitting on the bleachers at the NOPI drag races. I'm sitting in a section surrounded by rednecks (Nopi? Go figure!).

A few thousand of the turbo four Galant VR-4s from 1991 and 1992 made it into the U.S.; its successor, powered by a wacky 2.0-liter twin-turbo V6 (!), was not so fortunate. The car remains something of a unicorn in this country today.
