Same here. I have only recently begun to BARELY use cruise control. I am good at keeping a constant speed. Not that hard to do. I do not like the idea of not having my feet at the ready while driving. I used to call it cruise out of control because it was so wonky in a 2000 Camry I used to own.

HAHAHA! That was the 2nd time she had gone. The first she slept the whole time because she was a few months old, and our oldest was 4 or so.

My kids are very well behaved in public and generally take to new situations well. We think what happened was when walking on the tarmac, they had the engines running. We think that freaked her out. She had never been around anything like that, so we can see why she flipped out.

Saw an episode of Nova:Making Stuff earlier this year that was about stuff like this. I do not remember what lab/manufacturer it was, but they were working on interiors out of plant based materials. That way they would break down in landfills. It was pretty interesting.
