Interesting. I actually thought trashing Robin Williams was more of a mainstream thing than a comedy nerd thing. I mean, people fucking hate Patch Adams - I didn't realize there was that sentiment about his stand-up.
Did they? I know he was often accused of joke stealing, but even the ones who accused him conceded that he handsomely rewarded those he "borrowed" jokes from. And I was under the impression everyone liked him personally.
