Totally agree. I'm in no way advocating trying to come up with the fastest lap around Manhattan. It's asinine. There's enough shitty out-of-city day-worker drivers, shitty cab drivers, shitty out-of-city tourist drivers, we don't need to throw fastest-lap street racers into the mix.
