I feel for them actually. Apparently the congressional black caucus brought them for the democrats to wear. I like to think at least a couple of them realized they would look ridiculous. But I'm sure they felt they had no choice if it was the CBC's idea.

So much projection.  Never forget that he dogged Obama for taking too many vacations.  Over two terms, Obama took 328 days and Trump is on track to exceed that before the end of this (hopefully only) term.

He 100% was having a shit-fit and didn’t want to delete the post so they had 3 hours of negotiations while he kicked his ball down the fairway and Lindsay pretended not to notice how many Titleist’s magically appeared with his name on it in the middle of the fairway. 

It would be hard to convince Trump to step aside. If he were to do that, he’d lose his base, which he needs even if he loses so he can start Trump TV on OANN. That said, Republicans have given up on presenting Trump as even remotely competent. See the excuses that they are making about the Russians paying the Taliban…

The US would be better off if he spent the entire 4 years golfing.

That’s really impressive that by the end of this year he will have spent almost an ENTIRE year of his four year term....FUCKING GOLFING.

And JJ getting his son to the front of the line with his own Spiderman comic book. There are Eisner award winners who can’t get that work, but JJ’s son gets it no problem.

And why wouldn't you hate the job? He's a shithead, and you KNOW he gets his rocks off knowing that he has underlings whose job it is to protect him. I think maybe they deliberately left it up to tacitly signal approval of it, then took it down once it was through the news cycle (with the kind of sneaky wink toddlers give).

The irony is how their inexperience probably lead to the show being so good in the first couple of seasons. They themselves admitted the first couple of seasons were their ‘film school’. So they had this huge bank of experienced creatives who they would say yes to their ideas, because they had none. A costume…

I think it’s kind of hilarious/sad that CNN is tracking his golf days, but he’s now up to 271 days (or once every 4.6 days). So he’s managing to go out at least once a week or more despite everything. He’s the shitstain on his white pants.

I get the feeling that the secret service isn’t all that enthusiastic about their jobs. They seem to just let him wander from time to time.

It’s almost as if every single thing he accused Obama of, he’s guilty of himself. Like, we’re talking seriously world-class levels of projection here.  Makes me wonder if Trump himself wasn’t somehow secretly born in Kenya.

Yeah, David Benioff’s birth name is David Friedman. He uses his mother’s maiden name for his work partly because there already is an established author named David Friedman, but also because his father is Stephen Friedman. As in, “former head of Goldman Sachs” Stephen Friedman.

What I kept, and keep hearing, is that he finds the briefings an annoyance, so he doesn’t even bother with them. That’s probably the real reason he “doesn’t know” about this.
