It is simply math. The “the Sanders coalition” isn’t worth the time and effort it takes to drag them to the polls. When you break it down by dollars/vote, the campaign is better off spending money getting older folks to vote.

The Biden campaign does not see a good return on investment in trying to “motivate the youth vote.” Young people are fucking frauds and they don’t vote. Fuck them. Spend that money getting all the retired Jewish grannies in Florida to the polls. That’s how you win.
