A D&C isn't mandatory for every miscarriage or abortion - it depends on the gestation, when the pregnancy ended, any signs of infection, tolerance of side-effects, whether products of conception need to be tested, and the woman's own preference.

Alternatively, 1) take good photos that you don't need to edit too much/at all, and 2) use a photo editor that does the basics - cropping, some retouching, simple RBG and light balance changes - but not Photoshop/GIMP/Paint.net. If you can't fiddle with them too much, you won't.

I wasn't referring to the size of the model's breast at all, but the markings on it. The triangular markings with the apex at the nipple is characteristic of markings made before breast reduction surgery, not breast implants.
