@The Real Janelle: They're really not the same thing: the morning-after pill prevents ovulation; the abortion pill blocks the hormones necessary for the placenta to function, hence causing abortion.

Recommending testing for pregnancy seems misleading, given the most sensitive tests are only good from around 10 days past ovulation, whereas even Ella can only be taken up to 5 days after sex.

In fairness, if I was that child's other parent and I heard about this from the child, I probably wouldn't assume the other naked person was a sex worker. I'd probably think "Jeez, can my ex not wait for a non-custodial night/do it in his bedroom with the door locked?".
