I think it is not optimized correctly. I’m playing with almost everything maxed and my frames go from low 30's to high 40's. I have a Asus Strix 1080, 1440p G-Sync monitor, i-7 5820k OC’d to 4.0Ghz, 32GB RAM, 7200 RPM 2TB HDD where the game is installed. I also get stutters
It happens with the PhotoMode 2inOne mod. Happened to me all the time when it worked.

Oddly enough this game played horribly on OC’ed 970's in SLI. I have one running the game and the other dedicated to Physx. Settings on high with some very high mixed in and I get 45-50 fps. When I had SLI for it, I was lucky to get 30 fps on all high. Now that I can play this, this sounds exciting!

I had to close the launcher then open it back up. After that I was able to click the Epic tab and it was there. Now, when I click on the game, nothing happens. This setting enabled, actually made my numlock key turn off every time it booted up. I turned this off and it is now quicker to enter my password, plus I don’t mind the few extra seconds since I have it installed on a SSD.
