I too have an Arrive, I see no reason to upgrade because the OS runs perfectly and the phone is rock hard reliable. I'm not one who uses apps often but when I'm with my buddies and they're all drawing absurd things in "Draw Something" and I can't, it does make me think at times I wouldn't mind getting an iPhone.
