The difference between the Xbox 360 and PS3's graphical capabilities was unnoticeable this generation. The hardware gap between the two is even smaller now. There will be no difference.

Yeah, fighting me on this is not going to be productive. You do understand that everything I wrote was in favor of using gender-neutral language, right?
If you're not afraid to not get fresh air and the dark, it's a blast!
The price definately wont go up considerably by the time you finish those games, and it's very possible there will be some more deals on it in the future. Either way, you should really play it. If you like story driven shooters it's a really good game. Have you played the first one? I heard it isn't required but it's…
For talking about my partner on Jez, I use "they". It's awkward, but my partner is private and their stories are theirs to tell, not mine. I've tried the following: Mx. Flarfen, zhe, s/he, but those all seems even more contrived. Maybe I'll just switch back and forth.
Yup. And it's not that they're "wrongfully narrow," it's that they're totally unnecessary most of the time, and can contribute to an attitude that gender is soooo fundamentally important that we can't even refer to people without identifying their gender, which is Bad.
Infidelity is a human issue, it is not specific to one gender.
There are lots of ways you can incorporate gender-free pronouns without having to resort to "he or she." I have several genderqueer friends who prefer the pronoun "they" - which is actually super easy to adapt, as is "partner", "person", "their", "zie", "one's", "folks," etc.
He shouldnt have to do a damn thing and he shouldnt be in jail. He should be saying "Fuck you" and getting a nice settlement for violating his freedom of speech
"I would ask that letter writers not just avoid using gendered pronouns but openly draw our attention to the issue," he writes. "Please say, 'I am purposefully not using the pronouns "he" and "she" because I think they are wrongfully narrow.'"
True, there are positions out there. Problem is I've honestly been too lazy to look and I'm ok with that.
You're acting like purchasing a game for $60 is equivalent to buying a house. It's not. It's such a minuscule investment that you almost have nothing to lose, unless you can barely afford to scrape up $60, in which case you should probably spend your money on investing in your education and/or career.
I really really really really like Lucina amongst the main characters. I want her to replace Marth in smash. SO. VERY. BAD.
But I just can't choose a favorite. IT IS TOO HARD.
My top picks would be Noir, Tharja, Severa and Nah for the female characters,
and Basilio, Virion and Yarne for the male ones. Each one of them…
What about Kellam? Everyone always seems to forget about him.
Yes, because releasing a system that was compatible power-wise to the competition worked out so well for Nintendo in the past. Oh, wait, no, the N64 was trumped by the less-powerful PSX, and the GameCube was in third place versus the similarly-powered Xbox and the less-powerful PS2. Meanwhile, the Wii beat the PS3 and…
It doesn't seem like a problem that Nintendo wants to court a more casual user-base when the appeal of their in-house games (at least after the 8-bit generation) has been their sense of imagination rather than their hardcoreness.
I'm just gonna start pronouncing it "yiff" to piss everyone off.
Hell no.
We are calling out those who annoint themselves as 'pro-life' for their utter hypocrisy. They mount a high horse and cloak themselves in a mantle of moral superiority for fighting to protect and preserve EVERY life because EVERY life is 'sacred.' [Even though a just-fertilized ovum is not a 'life.'] And these same…
Nope, we cannot agree.
