So, what kind of cash flow do these provide in terms of dividend income, exclusive of capital gains? What's the theoretical % return, or does it vary a lot?

No, seriously! Good rosé can be really, really good. It's my favorite style of wine. Also, it's usually pretty cheap (although Wölffer isn't). If it's pretty dry, and made from grapes specifically grown for rosé (rather than made as a red wine byproduct), then it can be really top-notch.
Troll!
But what will it be? Hyrule Field? Death Mountain? Skyloft??
I'm absolutely going to try some of these! Thanks! Love Indian food.
Wow, I totally thought that was a made-up name. Time to go make that trend happen! /invests in lambs quarters futures
It is, without question, my least favorite thing about the game.
I feel like step 5 should be started before completing step 4. Maxing out your 401(k) is an amazing goal, but locking it all up until you're in your 60s isn't ideal. By the time you're in sight of maxing out your 401(k), I feel like you should be saving a good chunk in non-retirement accounts too. And, if you're doing…
I'm pretty embarrassed that my phone autocorrected Marth to Marty. *sigh*
Oh, I know. I was being a little silly with my wide-eyed naivete too, although I am actually too young to remember these things. I can't imagine ledgers. And, while I know that CC's used to be a real thing, I didn't know that about inboxes and outboxes. Except from Looney Tunes, I guess.
It just seems like everything must have taken longer, and had more areas for error. Guess that's why productivity is higher now!
Not odd at all. Remember, even Marty was obscure in Brawl. In the U.S., anyway. Building up Shulk will make the uninitiated care about the upcoming sequel..
I am young enough that I literally can't comprehend how people got work done before computers and the internet were ubiquitous. And I am seriously using the word 'literally' there as intended. I actually have no idea how anyone got things done. How did people do accounting? How did they write anything that had to go…
I did play BNW, and it definitely is the best version of Civ 5. Love trade routes, culture, and archaeology. But I still don't think it has the depth of Civ 4 in most areas, and it still has what I consider the unforgivable sin of discouraging building a large empire. Civ 4 made large empires expensive, but…
This isn't true. You can always contribute to a traditional IRA, but you can't deduct the contributions if you have a company 401(k) and make more than $69k this year (might be $70).. it starts to phase out at $60k. You can contribute a Roth as long as you make less than the low $100s, I think.
Barclay Arrival Plus Mastercard. 2.2% rewards on all purchases when redeemed for travel, $440 sign-up bonus. Very solid.
I'm really hoping for Tingle, but, oh man, Fierce Deity Link would be amazing.
You're just jealous.
Not only that, she would probably still be Vice President right now.
No harm in trying! A polite, short email can go a long way for things like this.
