True. But a lot of people seem to equate "not wanting to be the face" with him being shy, and I have trouble reconciling his lack of desire to front the group with his acting career, you know?

Ha, well said. Yeah, he's criminally underrated as an MC... Especially when there are others "rapping" (or whatever Fallon and Timberlake call their bufoonery) and he's just standing around, or worse, singing...

I'm confused by your concern. I just think it's interesting that ?uesto is the face of the group, rather than the frontman, lyricist songwriter and only full-time vocalist. Which is the normal order of things...

100 bits of data out of 60,000 pages doesn't sound like that bad a margin of error...

Anyone else get tired of ?uestlove getting all the attention for The Roots and even before the Jimmy Fallon show, Black Thought (a genius and a top-10 all time emcee) was steadily getting relegated to a lesser and lesser role...

Kids should not be drinking energy drinks at all in the first place! It's BS that they were trying to get kids to buy them... When I was in high school (and I'm not that old) we just drank gatorade and powerade, not the energy drinks which were already out at the time.

In the immediately following 8:30 game, Terrell Owens took his team's first 9 shots to ensure that he would score 15 points, and then camped under the boards ignoring his defensive assignment until he got his 11th rebound...

Shit, I thought I edited it to put in the official video... Damn, that was the whole point. The 1984 graphics for the literal "bright eyes" of the young men that were Bonnie Tyler's jailbait looked exactly the same as the graphics for this movie...

If you've seen A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints it's much easier to take him seriously. I mean, he's not great (in that or anything, really) but actually playing a character...

"Only three steps on a traveling non-call? You're a long way from catching up to me, kid" - Michael Jordan

Their only danger was because kids were buying them which is illegal in itself, so regular rule enforcement would have mitigated their harm to society,

I couldn't believe. The stores were huge and packed and expensive as all getout.

Are alcoholic energy drinks considered a technology? Because it's pretty lame that legislatures have tried to destroy them...

But those hipsters were the ones who should be shunning it, right? Isn't shopping there faux-hipster?

I find it surprising that Urban Outfitter's has managed to stay relevant for this long. How did they get away with appearing "hip and edgy" by selling tchotchkes marked-up 300% for years? When I first moved to NYC from Philadelphia 10 years ago I was surprised by how bona fide popular the chain was here, when everyone

As long as that model is wearing it... I can imagine some sights that'll make me be inclined to disagree...

Of course it's not, but it's objectively the best. Why would I shoot myself in the foot to use Bing? And did I cry foul? No. Did the search show me something relating to myself? Hilariously not. That was the point. That result had so little to do with anything, that's why I shared the story. The first story returned

I agree that it's def stupid. If they wanted people to actually use this feature why not just integrate the personal results into the web results?

Didn't bother to read what? It was the first time I googled anything after they began that feature. I wasn't inconvenienced by it, just sharing an anecdote about how utterly useless the information that google returned was.
