There was this app called Awareness that I used that was pretty good. Also using Omnifocus goes a long way towards reducing my anxiety.

OK It's really tempting to take a note of this command and use it later ... but it's equally dangerous ... so I'm going to resist and go for the good old Cmd+Delete to delete files/folders etc...

I find DayOne is really awesome. Mainly because of the little icon at the top of my screen which allows me to make a note in my journal at any time regardless of what app I'm in.

I actually did buy the app on the iPhone and never got around to using it. After reading these two comments I'm not going to bother.
