Inverters are controlling the camera when they play. If you move the camera down (physically) then view target will shift up; if you move the camera up then your view target will shift down.

I suppose when you can dismiss comments you can say anything you want. But yes, the toxicity is the issue. It is symptomatic of a trolling user base. It may not totally be the ranking system or matchmaking.
