I look at this “day without a woman” different then most people probably do, to be honest. Because to me, the reality is that I’ve spent the last 13 years of my life without my role model, my hero, and the best person I’ve ever had the chance to know, My mom.

Most of my snark (and my dads) is really because Mercy wasn’t her main hospital, Big Barnes was. so she was stuck at mercy but was having doctors from two different hospitals, in short, it was a clusterfuck of a time.

plus, being in the hospital for over 50 days and still dying sorta sucks, yanno?
