I love my pressure cooker!! I started out when I was 16 with a Presto plug in. Moved to a TFal stove top, and recently got a stove top Fagor Duo. Then, I was able to find rings for my TFal again, so now I have 2 full working pressure cookers!

I use this in combination with a Scotch-Brite green scrubber to use as a pad behind the screen - it makes it more comfortable to use and easier to maneuver. Does the job.

I’ve had one (Bamix) for years and use it all the time in the kitchen. I also have a cheaper Braun for soapmaking.

First stop to making a veggie patty taste good is for it to spend some time on a grill. Microwaved veggie patties are tasteless and mushy and a sad thing. To the best of my knowledge, Subway microwaves their patties, and has no way (or motivation) to grill them.

I’m not going to badmouth the rice cooker, but brown rice lends itself very well to a pressure cooker.
