For some people, offering them an explanation as to why we are turning them down is not a bad idea. It's a more friendly approach, and can smooth a few feathers.

My current pressure cooker is top-of-the-stove, but I'm all for the pressure cooker. I'd more likely cook my beans in the pressure cooker than use a crock pot. Pinto beans are done in about an hour, and 13 bean soup is done in 1.5 hours. Love my pressure cooker!
I'm all Linux here in my home office, and I just got Amazon Prime, because I seem to buying enough from them to make it worth while. With my last Linux update, Amazon stopped letting me view movies. I had only had Prime for a few days before the update, so I was rather annoyed. So, this post was very interesting to…
Good memories of that Treo. My first smartphone, and the joys of always having a book on hand.
After many years and many, many students who would start the semester
I'm a desktop person. I'm here for long periods, so I am far more likely to read and handle most of my computing from there. I am using my phone or tablet more and more when I'm away, but I like having a keyboard and Vimperator for searches and most communication.
My current machines are System76. They come preloaded with Ubuntu with the Unity Desktop. I just install the Mate Desktop, and I'm good. I've been Windows free for about 6 years.

In my area, EBT/Welfare recipients get an average of $6 per day for food stamps. So, that $35 per week is $7 short of that. It can be done (I've had a couple of friends on welfare/EBT), but only if you're very careful.
Looks like a light saber. . .I'm just sayin'.
I loved my Palm Pre. (RIP2)
Old El Paso Vegetarian Refried Beans – 2 cans – $1.49/each
I don't know whether to laugh hysterically, or cry, because I hear this kind of thing a lot. I have to admit, I want to know what happened after that. Please continue, LOL.
Well, back in the day we actually had a few computer stores to go into. If I needed something immediately for myself or a client, I could get it - after the song and dance. Like all geeks, I generally get the vast bulk of whatever I need online.
Simply Noise is a white/pink/brown/other noise producer.
I mouse lefty, too.
I've been learning Vim, and I have an image of Vim commands as my desktop background. If I need to cheat, I just look there.
I created a custom webpage for my most used sites. I keep it stored on my hosted website so I can access it anywhere, from any computer, anytime.
Logitech m125 retractable cord mouse. Love this thing. I prefer corded mice so I don't have to worry about battery fade. Also, my hand is small, so this mouse fits me perfectly for all the hours I'm working on the computer.
