I am a soapmaker and making felted soap has never appealed to me. I'd rather make a great bar of soap that smells and feels wonderful than to add felt to it in any way. I prefer my washcloth to remain separate.

Most people simply do not practice their presentations enough. They think that if they know what they're talking about, it will be OK, but you have to actually practice it OUT LOUD to get the stutterings, word whiskers, and awkward word combinations ironed out.
@RoofCoffeeCup: My grilled cheese sandwiches are routinely made using mayonnaise to do the grilling. And yep, "Miracle" Whip won't cut it. Sandwiches made with this stuff actually STICK to the pan, increase exponentially the burning option, and taste horrible.
No, powdered milk is not the same or better than creamer. I'll admit that I do occasionally add a smidge of dry milk to my coffee, but using all dry milk won't do.
@amcglamry: I'm the same way about Pepsi. Store brands won't do thankyouverymuchhaveaniceday.
@Yinzers Are People Too: Ketchup isn't exactly a health food, but I'd agree that Heinz is the brand to use when you use ketchup.
@Dan Beckmann: I've heard that it's not hard to make your own vanilla.
@compacho: No one hardly thinks of the safety factor with microwaves. If you use a microwave properly, it's safe to use. Same with the pressure cooker. If you use it properly, there is no problem. In fact, most pressure cookers nowadays are rigged so that you absolutely cannot open them if they are still under…
I love my pressure cooker! I learned to use it very young and long before the microwave became commonplace.
@tfcocs: I agree. I've been using Evolution for my email for over a year, and love it. It has way more functionality than Thunderbird, but it's still free, and open source.
@y0himba: For years I've used Avery Design Pro to create every manner of card and/or label. I've collected a boatload of pictures, photos and clipart over the years so that I can create and print whatever I need, whenever I need.
@kukkurovaca: In my area, the weather in the summer makes it so that everyone carries water with them. Yes, it's inconvenient, but here, it's the way things are. Better to carry a chunky water bottle than be caught out in 105* weather in the summer.
@Bane_Majik: Exactly. I have 1800 sq ft in my house. That means that I'm supposed to be able to host 360 people! OTOH, a few years ago, we hosted my son's graduation and had about 35 -40 people, and that was just about right. I'd say, at least divide by 10 - but better yet, do your figuring starting using "party…
@GitEmSteveDave_@Gmail.comNeedsAWaveInvite: I think this video says it all. Via is taking us back to the 1960s-'70s when instant coffee was "cool technology". The only thing that's been added is those cute little pouches that Crystal Light uses for single use drinks.
Kind of a cool idea! Must remember this.
Yeah, it's crocheting. DH used this method of "coiling" his cords when he was a roofer. I'll keep this in mind re: cables.
