That entry is the only one in the list here that really doesn't belong in Mass Effect at all. From what I recall, pretty much anything that anyone wore in that game looked or felt practical, or at least made some sort of sense for whatever they were doing.

I certainly do. Certain games benefit from being more authentic than others, of course, but I don't think your opinion speaks for everyone.

The red dot sights in GR: Future Soldier actually used a different sight than the oft-used ones we see on the P90 above. Odd that they aren't used here.

The entire point of the Aliens games and franchise has been the story. In what universe has that ever been different?

Did no one else see this during the Super Bowl? It's called a "Super Bowl" commercial, but I did not see it air during that time.

Sorry to disappoint, but Les Mills is a company that creates routines for various exercise classes (cycling, weightlifting, kickboxing, etc). My dad used to be an instructor for the cycling program that they have.

Oh, he's completely free to criticize his job publicly. He can say whatever the hell he wants. But that doesn't remove the freedom of his employer to fire him for it. Freedom of speech doesn't grant you immunity from the consequences of exercizing it.

I completely agree, and think most of the other stuff that happens in this game falls into that category as well.

Agreed. They seem a little too outrageous for the style and tone of the Darksiders series. Not liking the sound of that too much.

"Absolutely BADASSES! LET'S PACK IT IN!"

I mean, don't get me wrong, the big, complex games are (usually) fantastic! It's just that big wall that you have to scale for the first time, and for most times after that with people who haven't played, that become a big pain in the ass. Sure, once everyone's gotten the hang of it, and provided the game is actually

"Remember last year's super catchy tune, Thrift Shop?"

I love board games. But the biggest problem I've found with these awesome, complex games, is that they're super complex. This in turn, causes the game to take a long time, which is compounded by the fact that many of the people I play these sorts of games with haven't played it either. Which causes the game to take

What I don't get from this whole thing is why they decided to make a torso, and not just a whole friggin zombie? Was this somehow the cheaper option? I can see perhaps a shambling zombie in the same apparel. I can understand that, seeing as it's an actual 'character' of sorts. But why the hell did everyone think

...that didn't really sound much like him at all.

Where in this discussion does it say she's trying to ENFORCE bisexual issues in gaming? I don't get why this is an issue. Games are about things. Being bisexual is a thing. That's about as far as this article goes.

It's pretty clear they just chose the most violent-sounding titles and used those.

Trigger discipline, Jon!

The fact that he brings up Mortal Kombat (violent, yes, but the only gun you even see is with Stryker and that isn't the focus of the game), whether he's referring to the newest one or the original, just shows how hilariously out-of-touch this guy is.

Yes, it is very good, but it was also made with a budget WAY over basically anyone else's head. This suit (and the lovely lady wearing it) were from the live-action Halo: Reach commercial. So that would likely explain why it's better than pretty much anything else out there.
