While that's technically true, if you didn't have any of your terrorist accomplices with you anymore (whether they died by your hand or otherwise) your character wouldn't have any reason to continue the massacre since he's essentially only doing it to keep cover with Makarov's team.

Am I the only one bothered by the lack of a pointed/scalloped cape?

That's because your "wrong choice" (it's not a choice, massacreing the airport IS your objective, and by shooting your terrorist accomplices, you failed) in the No Russian mission, if they allowed you to do it, would have completely changed the entire course of the entire game. What would have happened if you killed

Now playing

Anyone remember the disco-fied version of Elfman's theme from Lego Batman? I probably sat in that room for about 20 minutes just listening to it when I discovered it haha. For as simple as that game was, I actually enjoyed it quite a bit.

Speaking of Season Pass...anyone know if that will be available indefinitely? I'd definitely buy it at least after seeing some of the DLC content first...but I would imagine that because of that tactic it won't be available forever.

What about Skorge and RAAM? They weren't 'key' to the same extent that Myrrah was (unfortunately), but RAAM was the main antagonist of the first game (though you only really see him in the beginning and the end if I recall) and Skorge was still a relatively big player in GoW 2 as a lieutenant of sorts.

The fact that the guys didn't simulate the recoil of the guns as they fired really irked me (along with some of the acting). Otherwise really well done.

Sub-Zero. I realized after I decided to be him that icing people would be PERFECT.

@Jtown465: hahahaha what a set-up XD

@gundaman: if I could promote that, I would :D

@pmckai: Lol, I'm sure that's how they'll explain it.

@Doomgape: I'd hardly say that proves that imagination doesn't work anymore. They created an entire world (including an entire language just for the movie). Yes, the story is somewhat derivative, but so are a million other movies, and I'd hardly say Avatar's story proves that point.

I'm on the fence myself but I'm definitely leaning towards this. I've always been a fan of the the backstories and the costumes and the general MK universe, so I'm glad they're at least keeping SOME elements from the games in that regard.

@The_Red: Totally agree on Baraka....he was bald in the game, he should at least be bald here. Maybe have some more bizarre implants in his scalp?

@N-Robes: If Sub Zero doesn't shoot ice from his hands I'm gonna be pissed.

@Miguelin123: it's a painted and prettied-up Nerf Longshot, meant to look like the Sniper Rifle from the game.

@Strixvaliano: Striking them off a bit quickly don't you think? We don't even know what they're even going to be working on...

@Michael Dukakis: Hilariously brilliant, sir. That just made my night.

@Maritan: just don't issue our men the helmets, or else they'll all get shot in the head.

@MacGyver1138: I played the multiplayer demo at PAX East, and the ground pound was back. It's been a while since I played the first but I know if you held down B in the demo it'd rocket you to the ground and make a shockwave.
