He’s a 19 year old kid who is one of the most talented racing drivers I’ve ever seen, so it’s unsurprising he’s being arrogant. Added to that he’s not in a championship capable car at the moment, so he doesn’t need to look any further than the checkered flag.

Ricciardio was definitely the fastest of the bunch there at the end, but he would have had to get past Verstappen before getting to Seb. I think the beginning of the race is probably a gray area. So much shit happens at the beginning that I think they’re probably a little more lenient in the first few corners.

It still would have been close, as Ricciardo was coming fast. But, yeah, not forcing Verstappen to give back the position was bogus.
