Exactly. I for instance could run Dead Space 2 on my PC at 60fps just fine. But I forced it to run at 30fps because it did feel more cinematic, and given the kind of game it is, it just felt better. The perfect frame rate for me though is about 40-45fps, allied with good motion blur (God of War 3 is a perfect example)

What I personally expect is better resolution and draw distance. Maybe better textures and light\shadows and probably all the DLC included.
