@Roth: I like the sword analogy you used towards Nerve11. It seems that if they can pull it off they will have the hold on motion gaming. It is arguably the most immersive of the motion gaming platforms, and is also the easiest to purchase (just one product to buy). They have a large fan base with the console already

I never watched this show. I turned on my PS3 the other day and it auto-downloaded the first episode for me. What is it like? Is it any good? Do they have game based challenges?

So Playstation 3 has had free online gaming since it released and had all of it's core features for free as well. They come out with a paid service that doesn't affect the existing content, just adds content and a few features, and they get viewed as money hungry. Yet Microsoft has been charging their customers to

Were there any updates to the guy that bought the lone copy on eBay? If he still has the only copy... just crazy... For something like this to happen nowadays... and have it out in the open like this. Just amazing.

@saegemehl: If you are importing your games then importing a network card would be no problem. The majority of the sites that I have found that import games import PSN money cards. Some even send you the codes via e-mail to save on overseas shipping.

@Voltron: I like the (18+) remark... Since she cannot download her own wallpapers... You have my lawlz.

@SoulSilverIV: For PS3 titles the games are region coded, but not locked. So you can essentially play any region game on any console. You just have to use the respective PSN accounts to use the service.

@hot_heart: While it is important to buy the DLC for your region game, it is easy enough to make multiple accounts. I have a UK account, a Japanese account, and my US account all on the same console. Just clarifying that.

@bg-dez: But the problem lies where it starts. They are not advertising it as any of these things. It is being pushed right now as a way to play games. You cannot look at the Wiimote and say, "This thing is garbage for playing games, but I can see it's uses down the road with it's built in speaker coming in handy for

@Roth: This is actually the problem I thought I was going to have with Scribblenauts. Oddly enough I was actually pleased with it's vast knowledge of items and their purposes. It had amazing trait recognition to know how most things would work out. Sure there were a few specific words that resulted in the same item

It doesn't matter to me whether or not this is real. The fact that it is CONSIDERED to be real is proof that MW2 is so unbalanced and luck based that something like this can be considered possible.

@Tyrunn: So you are saying that making a decision with your money is left up to chance? You are an idiot. If you had been dealing with a customer that was not pleased with how a game he was getting turned out to be and wanted it to be, you give him a refund. Fucking policy. The only reason it takes longer for them to

Since I have started playing it has frozen twice (as in forced restart). I have gotten stuck in the terrain or debris 3 times (once where I can fast travel and twice inside). I have had to reload a save a few times because of broken game mechanics (merchant window not showing up but still being able to move through

@Tyrunn: I considered doing the very same thing as ST. The "points" you chose to defend your response are laughable. You make it sound as if we are not human and we do not deserve a choice. I personally wish I could get a copy for 360 or PC but I already have the PS3 copy because they decided to release this

@bedito: I am going to buy it all as well. but I will also go ahead and buy the exclusive AAA titles that are coming out in the coming months. In your face 360 man.

@StarTropicana: That is just because GameStop get's their weekly hour allowances from how well their store performs. So all of these people going and canceling pre-orders, unable to pre-order another copy, it is going to shaft them. But you have every right to demand a refund. All you should be required to do is show

What bullshit. That is just a swift kick to my nuts. Way to expand your market... Seriously. That is like what Capcom did with the Dead Rising 2 DLC. Bringing content to one console and not the other is a good way to piss people off. But at least most other companies make the announcement more than a day from release.

@datsunzep: Ok so you think that someone who has good taste in games and plays the majority of decent games only has to play a lot of bad games to get their gamerscore up that high? Then everyone would be in the running for this. He got his 500,000th point playing a Wallace and Gromit game.... You have to figure that

I really find this kind of "achievement" to be rather deceiving. Sure you have half a million gamerscore... But how many of those points are actually on good games? Or how many actually require some degree of skill? Seriously this kind of contest is just dumb. You are the best person in the world at playing shitty

@Deilgyre: I think you misunderstand the way game development goes. Sure it was being developed for 3 years and majority of the multiplayer maps are just campaign locations redesigned. But the fact stands that Reach was focused more on campaign than anything else. People have been griping about how campaign has taken
