@Killer Toilet: Exactly what I am saying. But my point here is that there are 2 types of pirates. Personal use and malicious use. Some people use torrents and things of the sort for personal use. I download wii games because my disc drive is broken. But I buy the games I enjoy for 2 reasons:

@FlashFlashCarCrash: This is true but I have worked in video game stores for the past 2 years and the majority of people that are still buying Halo games are younger kids with their parents. Midnight launch is all of the people that are into the game but are old enough to be up until midnight in public. The next day

@juc: Yes I know they have a DRM but it does not go to the point of it being a hassle. I can take my copy of a game to any other system and use it. I can play offline or online and I can delete all files after I sell the game or get tired of it. I do not have issues with conflicting programs or server errors. I do not

@Bill Clinton: this is true but for the purpose this "census" is seeking that is not really a problem. It isn't saying that 79% of PC users should go to jail. Just that they have fessed up to pirating a game. Some people pirate to save the copy of the game they purchased. Or as a replacement of the original copy. It

@Manly_McBeeferton: I am saying that there is not a problem with DRM. THere will always be pirating but for the honest consumers that have bought the game and now have restrictions of how they can play their game and where they can play it is bogus. With PCs they are all created by different people. They are fairly

@Shenta: While it may be opinions... they are opinions based on fact. Halo 3 and ODST both had insanely short campaigns. It isn't an opinion that games that have guns where you can kill people are always thinking about one thing. Online. For one major reason. Money. If they can make up a pack of maps, that Very well

*takes deep breath*.......... Consoles.

@Bill Clinton: Well sorta. I mean if you downloaded a game without purchasing it... Pirate. You bought it... no pirate. Not as hard as you would expect it to be...

@☆Y2Jason☆: Kojima is notorious for his easter eggs and tie-ins. Because the manner in which he pools them in is purely amazing. Some will be intricate and genius. Others will seem to be slapped on last minute as an attempt to get just one more ounce of crazy on the disc. These seem to be strategically placed to catch

@Favian Garcia: I never really got into 1-6 for the soundtrack since it lacked the depth I enjoy from the latter games. I like the sound of the game but it was simply not as memorable for me as 7-9 where simply one measure of the song reminds me of a town or area and all of the events that took place there. Regardless

@SlashZaku: This is due to Microsoft wanting more and more money. It seems the bigger they become the more they want. They have this huge hunger now and I hope people are tired of feeding it. Valve is starting to branch away from Microsoft and onto Apple and rumors of Valve games coming to PS3. 360 loses exclusives

@Riquez: MtlAngelus beat me to it. But to be honest I don't want Halo on PS3. It is a 360 game. Just like I can't say I want Resistance on 360. Certain games should stay on certain platforms. Oh and 360 can keep splinter cell. PS3 has MGS.

@FlashFlashCarCrash: I think it is because everytime I go online to play Halo I am against like 8 year olds. But in a movie theater that would mean those 8yo kids need adult guardians. The parents will refuse to sit through some movie about aliens and super suit wearing marines so they say eff you kid and blam there

Why do we want a Halo movie? They said that Halo 3 was going to be the game to change everyone's opinion of the series and bring new light to the story. The story was short and poorly thrown together. Same for ODST. Maybe if Bungie decided to not become so money hungry and let everyone touch the story by writing

@SoupNBread: Pokemon Black Chaos was a romhack that had Choas from Sonic as a legendary and it had all sorts of shady things like cursing and a few non PG jokes.

@NewSpecies: Do a bit of reading on Blu-Ray. It is actually kinda crazy how well thought out it is. They have already designed working 250GB disks and projected much larger sizes but it is a matter of making those higher capacity disks cost effective enough so they do not flop. The 125GB disk is simply the next step

@dowingba: I don't think they want to use this for advertising on the XMB maybe in store or something. Microsoft is the console for advertisements.

@Favian Garcia: You seemed to miss one major thing, I have played through all 6 of the first FF games. I had a Gameboy as a kid and very little money. I loved the first 3. I am not turned off to overhead text based adventures. In fact when it comes to Zelda games my favorite has to be A Link to the Past. Ocarina of

@dowingba: I sir applaud this comment. *applause* So what do you think they would say in return?

@Shin-san: Not so much. With DVD-R and +R and of course the weird brand match-ups. Some disc brands don't play on some laser brands. This isn't like you will buy a movie and get home to find out that it is not compatible. Most retail discs don't go over 25GB. In fact most companies will box 2 25GB discs if they need
