This is more likely to happen than the one up top.

I bet that's who they used to record the fake BMW sound that comes in through the speakers in the new models.

Starion

I believe you because the elders told me they couldn't let me use the green one because it was "too dangerous". And basically the difference in power between the two keys is the same as the difference between a WRX and a STi. Both terrific cars, but one is leagues better, and a totally different experience.

Nice! My girlfriend's grandpa invited us out to their lake house in Arkansas (beaver lake) last summer, where he had two of those. While I only drove it with the yellow key, I can confirm it is batshit insane, yet absolutely amazing to drive. Plenty of fun, even in "SLO" mode.

That is so fucking cool! I would pay top dollar for one of those, if only I could get it on this side of the pond...

Ran when parked...

They can't even get the location right. The best area to do this is right around here, accross all 8 lanes (4 each way) of traffic.

LAME! I've been doing this for ages (since way back in gta4). It's actually much more fun to make chop fetch the ball across the highway.

What they should do is invite Chris to drive the reasonably priced car.

Aren't you forgetting about a little awesome 3-cyl powered superlight?

Looks like somebody stepped on it in.

Pretty sure that's a Vacca, bro!

Has there ever been a 1.6L V6 in a production engine?

Actually the 996 water cooled engine is heavier than the LS. Here's an article that mentions that.

I read somewhere that the LS in that car is actually lighter than the stock FA20 in a stock BRZ. The flat-4 is heavier because of the cams, gears, chains, etc. And even if it wasn't lighter, in order to get the same power out of the FA20 you'd need a good 100lbs of turbo/supercharger equipment and plumbing to make it

Not the same equipment on the two Miatas. The new one is a base model sport, with no audio controls on the steering wheel, or even cruise control. The used one has the "convenience package" that adds iirc audio controls on the steering wheel, cruise control, auto dimming mirror, remote keyless entry, and one touch

Agreed. The pre-smiley European Mazda2 is freaking gorgeous:
