I've just used a small scrap of wood, too. Support & distributing the force from the hammer are good things. Finish up the hole with a little toothpaste.....

Not just Google. Any tech outfit should have non techie talk in manuals, and instruction sheets. Most of us speak techie, but not everyone does.....

I sure wish you'd have had this discussion a couple weeks ago, I bought a a computer last week!

Got a solution for Linux? I HATE the 'Windows' Key

What about MY irrational fears?!? ;-)

Pot-a-to vs Pot-ah-to?

Just so it doesn't streak my jeans! LOL

Oh, well, I guess it's back to Firefox......

Does it does, or does it doesn't work with a Chromebook???

"F.lux is available on Windows, Mac, Linux, and jailbroken iPhones, but not on Chromebooks."

Loaded up on the 5 apps in the article, and sent them to a phone on the account that isn't even activated, and cha-ching!

Or get a job as a Microsoft Tech Writer!

And Google can track them all! (like they can't, already?)

I have one that has 6 cents on it. It makes a great ice scraper for My windshield....

I'm an Android user, and I just set up my preferences at http://onmytv.info picked the shows I want and it exports to an .ics calendar. I imported into My google calendar, I set up reminders, and I'm good to go! Who needs another app, anyway!?

That's insensitive, shouldn't it be "Study a Lady"?

Well, after I dropped My Bionic to the ground in the carport, a faux pas is the least of my worries. If those 'circles' have a problem with that, then they can move on.

Having a working phone without the spider-webbed glass is more important to me, than shallow 'circles'.

VOTE: Rhythmbox (for Linux)

But still no iTunes for Linux, Rhythmbox is close.... but no cigar.

The page seems borked anyway, "Unexpected Error... blah blah"
