@Tarun: There's difference because the Nokia's sensor is much larger than the Iphone's and for almost all of the compact cameras out there.

Any one trying to compare this to an Iphone 4 would be wrong the sensor of the N8 is much bigger than the Iphone of almost any point-and shoot compact camera available.
