Goldeneye has aged horribly! The controls, gameplay, AI.. *shudder*. Really, you need to try it. Actually I cannot think of another game that has aged so badly.

My 360 plays I think all of my old xbox games, including some obscure ones, like Panzer Dragoon. My PS3, and the great majority of PS3's in existence don't play any PS2 games at all...

It's pretty much guaranteed, that the next xbox will be backwards compatible, and the next playstation will not. Just like this generation, to some extent.
