I don't want to speak for someone else, but I think you are misunderstanding this poster's intentions. It is not hijacking to use your own (related) experiences to shed light on a story like this, particularly to help others understand more about this woman's possible perspective. This poster's comment made me reflect

Women on, for instance, the autism spectrum are disproportionately subject to sexual assaults. Or, in other words: I find this highly relevant and an important talking point, not an opportunity to play "you're not disabled enough". It's not like the voices of non-neurotypical (in every way, including Down's or other

.. the fuck is your problem?

Jesus H. Roosevelt Christ.

Thank you for sharing this. The Down syndrome community has been working to get the word out, and there is a petition on change.org that people can sign here. This disgusting "judge" needs to be stopped.

Remove this guy from office. He has no business being in the position he is if this is how he makes decisions. Going by his personal perceptions and not on evidence is the exact opposite of his duty to the law.

I once had the fortune of doing home care for a young adult with Down's, who was repeatedly sexually abused as a child. A decade after the abuse stopped, she still had a hard time comprehending what happened to her, and due to the nature of the abuse (it was a step-family member) she actually believed it was normal.

... I was unaware that all victims had to feel/act the same way. Silly me.

The victim did not appear in court with her clothes torn, ashes on her head, crying over her lost virtue and her unmarriageable status as damaged goods, therefore she can't be a real victim./sarcasm

Every girl in my high school had the same WetandWild 666 lip pencil. I used to get so pissed because with very white skin and black hair that chunky brown lipstick just looked like mud on me.

Hi.

There are laws meant to protect women's rights against the type of thing this woman's describing.

you aren't being objective in the least. he took his dick out. that's called flashing, and it's criminal. they were both there under the pretense of a professional job, and he took his dick out. she had agreed to perform a professional service - and he took his dick out and jacked on her face.

Yes. This person is a troll. After checking the comment history I wish I'd never replied. Every single comment this person makes is misogynist MRA bullshit. Every last one.

Yet you have not one word to say about how inappropriate Richardson's behavior is. Since when is it OK to take your penis out in a professional setting? Why is the responsibility all on the naïve and scared teenager and yet the powerful established professional is not obligated to feel any responsibility for his

Whether or not it's rape, it's insanely unprofessional and unacceptable for a photographer to behave like this. There's no fucking way he should still be getting a job.

"You don't know why you didn't leave it!? What the fuck? If someone started licking my ass, it would end there. I wouldn't agree to letting someone jack off on my face after that whole situation. "

OH FOR FUCK'S SAKE — IT'S NOT FREE, YOU PAY FOR IT WHEN YOU PAY FOR YOUR INSURANCE. What it is, is required to be dispensed without copay, like many other necessary medications.

Oops, April 13th. Can't wait for Tom and Lorenzo's fashion analyzations!

You do realize that White slave masters raped and impregnated Black female slaves all the time, right? Even while upholding the idea that Blacks were not even human.
