Blurred to call attention to the line being referenced. In the still legible document, you'll also notice they didn't make nearly as many grammar and typos as you (I counted seven).
I have hundreds of HP laptops go through my hands every year, as they are the main laptops used at my company, and not once have I heard of someone being shocked by them. Not saying you are lying, but maybe you bang the shit out of your laptop and broke something and caused a short.
WHY do they insist on having Beats? They suck for the price. I don't usually care about Beats, because I'd never pay their premium and lack of quality to justify it. What gamer says "YEAH Beats! I LOVE paying more for my crappy audio instead of getting more actual gaming performance!"
Haters gonna hate, hate, hate, hate, hate.
Is there functionality to give your room key to randos at the bar?
I refuse to download any app that's tied to one specific company and only does one or two things...the sole exception is my bank, because that's pretty useful. I guess maybe if you were a very frequent traveller and often stayed at this brand of hotel, you might as well...otherwise, seems like a silly novelty to me,…
At this time CurrentC is vaporware and likely will never succeed. First, it eliminates credit cards and forces the consumer to establish a direct payment link with the merchant in advance, typically with the consumer's bank account. This is done so the merchant can avoid credit card fees. Second, CurrentC is very…
But some of these stores had NFC, and turned it off to push their own "standard." (shutting out existing G.Wallet and MasterCard users.) CurrentC might use lowest common denominator technology, but that's not even the issue. The question is: do I trust CVS and Home Depot with direct withdrawal access to my bank…
Sys admin? Have you seen this one?
Not defending the design, but in case you were unaware - that also serves as a button to select multiple emails to act on them simultaneously. I have found it handy for deleting a whole bunch of court summons notices at once.
So two pouts from me. I bought a cinema display 30" back in 2006 for 2499. I would buy one of these just as a monitor for 2499, but where is just a monitor? What if I want this as a second screen? Why can't i get a mac pro and hook tow of these up? i don't get giving up sales to third parties. So not apples…
How the hell did this turn into an Apple thing? Effing trolls can't leave a Samsung or even an Apple article without mentioning the other company. Just leave things be folks and enjoy the article for what it is, a tech company possibly finding a solution to a major increase in Wi-Fi speeds. Not a fanboy of either…
you mean, other than the smooth/awesome mouse acceleration in OS X? It gives an illusion of fluidity for sure, in desktop-related activities. Not so awesome to game on though.
A combo of a laptop supporting this + a small tablet like the nvidia shield would be a pretty great setup. If someone could build a beefy gaming PC with a trackpad that works as well as OSX I'd be on board in a heartbeat. Hoping razer can squeeze one of these things in a new model (less ugly) blade.
Wash? WAAAAASSSSHHHH!!! TOO SOON :(
you're a jealous nerd that has too much nerd pride to appreciate the best hardware design and experience on the market
I just want to point out that I was working at Apple when Steve died and I quit shortly after. Now I'm not saying I'm directly related to why their quality is so terrible now, but sure seems like a pretty big coincidence.
I agree with almost all of your sentiments here, but this is like the guy hitting "reply all" on the endless email thread and saying "Please stop hitting reply all."
What I don't understand is why the Nexus line doesn't retain its number system but update all models every year.
