I hate to say this, and I can totally see what you're getting at, but I really can't take this seriously due to the massive "Call of Duty Presented by Best Buy" ads everywhere. I'm not trying to question your credibility (in fact I agree on some points), but you'd have to admit it looks bad from this point of view.
