I cannot stand this season. It had all the hallmarks of what could be a truly GREAT selection of episodes in a very hit and miss series, with an antagonist who COULD if he wanted to be truly evil and really shake things up. Instead...this.

And Henry! Alright, so he's not been the brightest kid. I always felt his best

Jack's the more interesting story, Miranda is the more interesting character. Then, I still haven't picked up ME3 yet to judge how they change.

Honestly, at this point I've moved on from proving things to justifying them. It's such a great show, it's hard not to want to defend it for it's shortcomings. Alas!

1. I'm going to concede the point, doing otherwise would be arguing against my own logic, something I'm not wont to do.

That's fair enough. Compared to that galaxy's outerwear, I didn't really consider it anything more than a highlight.

Also, Yvonne Strahovski.

This is true. Instead, let me give you a tactical argument:
1. Mask can come off, can be lost. As someone trying to leave as little trace as possible, perhaps best not to have something that can be dislodged and left behind with finger prints, hair, skin, etc. That, however, goes down to style so I combine that with

What does prudish have to do with making sense? I'm not a prude, but if I'm in command of a few people and one of them strolls onto the bridge in nothing more than a thong and tank top, I might mentally save the image for later, but that person will have to change, for so, so many reasons.

Yeah, but there was a clearly defined REASON behind her costume. It wasn't random— she was genetically created to be PERFECT, and that means perfectly sexy as well. That's right down to the costume and I believe they say as much in ME2.

1) As I recall, one of the first episodes where it shows him actually being picked up on the island after his five-year stint that he is shown with at least dirt/mud smudged under his eyes, all wild-man and whatnot. That he added that touch on the island was just an educated guess.

I find it entirely invigorating that in the time it has taken me to be born November of 1988— bottom spanked clean over a metal table in England all those cold autumns ago then promptly dropped the several thousand miles over the Atlantic to the good ol' USuvA— and to have begun my journey at courting what knowledge

I know the thing wasn't flying, but that vertical plane stunt he pulled off is still one of the most impressive stunts I've seen on a movie, just for gall and skill. Somehow, I wouldn't put it passed him to actually have a guy strapped to the side of the lear Mission Impossible style.

Your mission, should you choose

for some reason, I always feel the need to point out Richard Belzer.

And I know he's playing "the Trickster", but good God that cackle always gets me.

I don't know why people keep mentioning Ollie's tendency towards going all Jungle Heat on his opponents with the eye-smudgies, he's the only character they've done it with and the guy invented his costume on a god damned island, not a latex-plant.

No one tell Baron von Plasticsladies, that seems to be his shtick.

Learjet? This is madness!

THIS. IS. NO-LAN.

"No one is forcing you to watch them!"

And just what does that have to do with Garland's opinion? You're quick to point out no one makes anyone watch a film, but notably reticent to mention that also means you have the freedom to criticize that film or topic from experience. Seriously, an equally meaningful reply would

Hey man, you gotta leave room for the sequel.

Jesus Christ 2: Ecclesiastic Boogaloo

You've got me curious. Any suggested reading on this theory? Links? Books? Yes, I will go to a library. I fear not those ancient tomes, nay, I find in them kinship.

NAAAAYYY.

It's like they just kept adding powers everytime he had need. Like Superman.

A weak, Jewish Superman.

Jesus has waaaaay too many superpowers. Christ, man.

Less interested in the CGI as whether or not it's GOOD. A lot of blase attitudes writing this off for graphics.

A few typos in my last post:

*second or fourth
*picked it up on the third episode

One is an actual typo, the other is consequential to it.
