I don't see what that has to do with optimism.
Now, I'm not arguing Dr. Who IS optimistic. It can be, sometimes. But a lot of the time it's about how the Doctor has to be the one to save humanity from itself. Which...is okay... I guess.

I won't disagree. It's a matter of perspective. For me at this point in this story it's more important to keep the action on the backburner and give us a reason to care about the action, but I also understand how the lack of action can really impact a story.
I think it MADE a lot of sci fi geeks, too.
Her character was super annoying for me at first, but it grew on me. Good to see the actress get some work.
Well, something to consider here is that both continuities exist outside the real world time set in Storybrooke, then. Each timeline doesn't need to line up at all and can even exist faster and slower. Just because they seem to line up somewhat doesn't actually mean they are. Magic is about desire and imagination or…
Looks a little bit like someone bought some of those fake Halloween spiderwebs and took a picture.
FOR SCIENCE!
There's gotta be a shot by shot of this. It's pretty cool though.
Kudos for the attempt to make Hulk look like Eric Bana, but uh...yikes.
I keep seeing complaints about the timeline.
My theory is either Wonderland is timeless or else it exists outside of regular time. Obviously there's still a day/night cycle, but that doesn't necessarily mean people age. There's other issues with that but for the sake of narrative (entropy's a bitch but magic is...less…
Can they not do both? They have to have stakes to fight against before the fighting starts. It's equally silly to just have a bunch of pointless fighting. And I actually like the love story between the Genie and Alice.
I think I have a fix: the White Rabbit.
In order for them to get to Wonderland, they have to follow the Rabbit. Just like matter seems to be able to change shape, I would imagine time itself as well has properties which can change or be effected in Wonderland. That seems to me to be the case. Add into that a magical…
I agree it's not a very deep show, but it doesn't have to be. It's very clear about what it's setting out to do and you can either get on board or let the train pass you by at this point.
Somehow, I don't think they're going to draw out the genie being imprisoned for more than a couple more episodes, though, unless…
Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't realize just because a handful of people made a complaint that made it a REAL problem. It's not even a problem with format, it's a problem with the amount of information on the page, information that would have to be taken out of the original non-mobile post in order to fix your "problem" in…
It's good that there are so many useless people here, seeing as your problem is not a problem which means I never needed to be useful anyway!
You're welcome! Do please continue complaining about things that are not really problems.
I feel like the assumption is that most people are seeing this from a computer, not from their apparently crappy phone. Why they would take out those links just for the phone (I'm not even sure they could, actually) is beyond me, but keep being important I guess.
This is fair, and I hadn't really considered that. Still, as I recall several missions have already surveyed for methane and signs of methane from orbit. I suppose I shouldn't let my desire for the "new" get in the way of refining what's already happened.
I said the opposite, actually. If you pay attention to what I wrote, I didn't say this was bad, just a rehash. I'm considering this in terms of HUMANITY, not really of countries. I don't disagree with you. This is good for India.
As I said in my original post: "I get the prestige aspect of this, so it's certainly not…
She has real moments where she's a great character. The thing that gets me is that they'll use those moments and then she goes back to being damsel-in-distress Juliette. Hopefully with Season 3 they seem to be treating her character like a real person who isn't frail and weak and can only exist dependent on her MAYN,…
Have you ever used a sharpee? It wouldn't have washed off. It still would have been legible. I don't get how that's the issue you have when clearly the real issue with the water has already been raised and it's a damn fine point (side note, I was about to press "publish" when I reread what I wrote and ofund this…
There was a bit. I've come across death quite a few times over the years. I was born with Kowasaki's disease and came very close to suffocating right out of the womb (or any number of other ways KD can kill a newborn), had a bout with chicken pox early on that kept my temperature up around 105 for almost a week, and…
