Damn. First off, they picked a perfect dude to play him live, at least in that lede gif where his face becomes visible, he looks just like O’Dimm. I’m sleep deprived and watching on my phone, but for a split second I thought it was an animation.

I watch one, then let Netflix stream the rest of them all night to get the viewing numbers up.

Nothing would make me happier than a Season Twelve announcement. There were a lot of really strong movies in this new Netflix season...I mean, in the sense that Limburger is a really strong cheese, but the riffing was great. C’mon, Netflix, pull that trigger...

I’m still broken up over Journeyman and Hindsight. I have an idea. We build a time machine and go back to make sure those shows get renewed. And then we make a show about it, that itself gets canceled.

Cool how you didn’t actually make a point here, but then again, that’s the beauty of using terms like “mansplaining” and other ad hominem attacks: you don’t actually have to have anything to say to feel like you’re part of the conversation.

The alien reflected in the TV, the hand in the basement. Scared the shit out of me.

I already anticipate many people laughing at me when I say this, but the movie that scared me the most was the movie Signs by M.Night. And it was because precisely the reason you mentioned. Pretty much no violence. But you knew they were there, skulking around. Watching all these other horror movies I have never been

And that is also part of the problem with the view that science is this bastion of purity and absent of any unscientific pressure (political or otherwise). It’s not. Academia, and specifically the academic research funding, peer review, tenure, and publishing processes, are subject to a huge amount of academic

If science were doing its job to begin with, it never would have been published in the first place. Up until today, this would have been pointed to as a valid, published, and peer reviewed study which could be relied upon as factual. That’s a problem.

Emma Watson should change her name to Ernest Watson because that is the only emotion she know how to portray.

We get it, we just think it was a stupid choice.

Hopefully Ren will just die and they can replace him with a more interesting villain for the last movie. Even Anakin wasn’t this bad, he was just an arrogant twat, but Kylo Ren is just some weird fanboy, there’s no motivation for his character at all.

Many stars to you, friend. I feel the same way. Do we really need to re-evaluate how we feel about Mike Nelson the performer because *gasp* he holds political values some are at odds with?

They were both great hosts. Mike wrote a lot of jokes for Joel and vice versa. Enough of this dumb Joel vs Mike garbage.

That post just disheartens me more about the people who judge others more than what politics Mike has. So what? He is a Republican. Even the post admits Mike does not wear his politics on his sleeve. Do we have to be so fascist that anyone who does not have our set world view must “break our heart”? Seriously? Not

Sheldon has gained more depth as the series progressed. He lives with his girlfriend and many of his quirks have been explanation such as his knocking three times on every door. His relationship with Penny is one of the better explorations of friendship I’ve seen on television.

I still don’t get the hate for the Big Bang Theory. I am what most would call nerdy (I build my own computers, play video games, work in the industry, etc.). I’ve watched the show from the beginning and still find it funny. If people’s conclusion is that all nerds are like what they see there, that seems to be more of

Now playing

An excuse to post one of my favorite clips ever:

Psh, best ending is witcher Ciri, screw the empire.
