Everyone that works or even just comes into our business’ must show proof of vaccination. Face it, nobody with half a brain puts that on their resume or cover letter. 

Of the hundred or so resumes and cover letters I have reviewed to fill roles in recent months, not a single applicant mentioned vaccination status.
