Being pecked to death by a chicken

I wasn't very familiar with them early on, but those kids really got to me. I admit when they first got hitched, I thought it was completely ridic and gave it 6 months. They really grew on me though and now this news really saddens me.

@littlebutfierce: I agree. I guess I just want to be prepared. I'm a fairly uptight prude and I'd really like to give her a healthy view of sex. I remember finding out about almost everything from ill-informed peers and I want it to be different for my children.

@zayante: That was hilarious! Oh God... A penis collage! Thanks

@Francie_Nolan: Both my children are interested in anatomy and the like so several years ago I bought "Human Anatony" which is this enormous 2ft. by 2ft. book. We bring it out often and it covers both female and male organs.

@Treeless: THIS is exactly what I want to have happen. I really want sexuality/relationships/bodily functions to be completely without shame or embarrassment. But, I'm not quite as sex-positive as some. Can I have your Mom's number? ;)

@WorldsMeanestMom: Oh God. Tears in my eyes laughing here. I really just want the books so she can investigate at her own pace and to help her articulate anything she may be confused or embarrassed about.

@LadyWeasel: I plan on mostly talking and answering any and all questions. I'm hoping to avoid the idea of "The Talk" and just letting it become a subject that can be brought up whenever she likes or when I see teachable moments. Thanks for Dan Savage idea.

Hi ladies. It seems as though my 10 yr old daughter is on the cusp of asking how a baby is made. *sob* She already knows about periods, develpment, etc. and I am buying "The Care and Keeping of You" tomorrow. So, any recommendations for books about the sex would be appreciated. Also, anything particularly fabulous

@bonita applebum: Hmmm. McDonalds and lace up boots. Who knew this brought the sexy? Thanks for the tip!

@alula: Could you provide a few examples? The hatred for Dr. Phil on this site is well-known, but I always kind of liked him and thought that, maybe, he had a bit more integrity than the rest of his colleagues.

I thought part of becoming a sickeningly wealthy Star!!! was that one can become more discriminating about endorsements and whatnot.

@OutofShell: No. This time it's for smarmy facial hair stylings and his preference for Contempo Casual sweaters and ties a la Chess King.

@Snowbunny: So, your deviated septum surgery actually worked? You had a noticeable improvement? I've just known SO many people who had surgery for a D.S. and felt like it was a total waste.

I don't really know why, but this really pisses me off to no end. And for God's sake Ann Taylor, don't try to feed me this complete bullshit about KH's intellect and personal style!!11!

@samanthajonesprqueen: I say this in the nicest and most polite way possible...Speak for yourself.

@funchefchick: Totally. I can't stop looking, it's almost hypnotic. I hope my kids understand when they have no clean clothes to wear tomorrow that Mommy simply couldn't tear herself away from this.

It saddens me. I so like her and so hate every aspect of this ensemble.
