I tried this once out of desperation, but I didn’t work up to the ideal amount of butter. I just dumped in the whole 1/2 cup. It was awful. “Too much butter” is a statement that I would ordinarily classify as impossible. But in this case it was.

It’s not even difficult to get off fabric when dried, I’m not sure what their issue was.
