Yeah, ‘cept one shouldn’t watch TV, eat, read, etc in bed.. you want your body/mind to associate getting in bed with going to sleep. The other, non-sleep activities should happen in the rooms deigned for them... Living Room, Dining Room, etc. Ideally.. if one has problems sleeping, that is.

I would hope that anyone who knew they did something stupid & was got themselves in a crash wouldn’t then send the footage to their ins co.... but I know some will... But as with most things: better to have & not need than need & not have.
