I also hate it, but the rep grinds are much more natural and easy to do since legion. I play WoW on and off since 2005 (hardcore-ly casual) and before Legion i had one or two exalted reps. 1st round picks aren’t that AMAZINGLY valuable anymore. Every year good and even bad teams find great talent in the mid-late rounds and get them for cheaper contracts too.
