Keep in mind that it wasn't actually said dialog would be/has been rerecorded. It's very possible they're simply using alternate takes for the next build (typically many takes of each line are recorded in different manners of speech) or the dialog will be (and was planned to be) edited with certain effects applied.

Chances are they just did some editing for it. Maybe some vocal effects. Or there was another cut that was going through final editing that they didn't use. I doubt they're rerecording.

Funny thing about Alpha builds.. they are usually a cobbled together mess used internally as a proof of concept years before a AAA games release, typically not available to the public.
