Sorry to disappoint you, but I'm a console gamer and only have a mac :( (sorry, I know). I'm hoping that Bioware releases a "remaster" of some sorts this gen. But thanks for the advice ;)

It's hilarious and so so very sad that in 2014 a developer chooses to launch a game with such a failure as a feature. Back in the day this was acceptable (and I remember a Fifa game pulling this off way better), now it's not.
Not only that, but movies have so much better graphics than games, I mean, why do we even bother with video games?! Come on, that comparison is silly and (I hope!) you know it.
First of all: Welcome to Kotaku!
Absolutely. I get what you're saying, specially since you have personally contacted the developers and so many players tried to "figure it out", to no success. Maybe the Orcs have a life of their own that Monolith just can't control? I want to believe in that hypothesis :P I certainly hope that when the sequel comes…
Hmm, I'm actually fine when an Orc comes back, I love it even. Seeing him approaching me with his already ugly face butchered and stitched together, eager for vengeance, and then kill him again. That's some sweet feeling right there.
I understand your point, and I agree that the games we got for ps4 through ps plus aren't anything to write home about (but it's understandable on the first year post-launch). Now, unless this turns into a complete disaster, I'm guessing we'll get to play the ps plus version of Driveclub by the end of the week. Is 2…
It's a good call, paying costumers should be their first priority.
The violence together with the nemesis system makes this game! It's just so rewarding to behead an orc who managed to kill X many times before, seeing his head fly away from his body leaving behind a trail of dark blood. The nemesis system is just so well done, such a great idea!
I get what you're saying, but the idea that some try to pass around that only now are we obsessed with graphics is simply untrue. Graphics have always been one of the most important aspect of a AAA game. I agree that complaining about the "p"s and fps in a game is kind of a fad now, but it has direct impact on the…
In no way, shape or form did Goldeneye look like shite for the time it was released.
Why are you talking such a long break? Do you just want to be on your own or are you too afraid to get back into it? Also, FYI, I never liked the idea of "the dating game", like it is something you should put all your efforts and being constantly on the lookout. When it happens it happens. Are you pushing girls that…
You're a good person! I wish you two all the best and hope that everything turns out the way you deserve ;)
Totally agree :) that's why I said I didn't know if it was an healthy thing to do. But still, it might be a good way to talk to people without the fear of them rejecting you for your illness or being completely scared by it. We tend to want to see ourselves as special and unique, but when there's something wrong with…
I'm curious to know what's the disease in question. Maybe try to talk to other people who share the same condition? I don't know if it's healthy or not to try to find true love "there", but it might help to talk to someone who might be going through the same struggles, for example on the dating scene. Maybe she'll…
If only I could man... :P
Yup, the game is amazing. Everything looks so good for an MK game, graphics and art-wise. Also, by now, everyone who goes into a debate over graphics saying "it looks like a ps2 game" is just a tool that doesn't deserve your attention.
Agreed, it's probably the best opening in the gaming medium, just pure class, a masterpiece from the get-go.
It was an alright pilot, filled with easter eggs, but I liked the tone and I think it has a lot of space to improve. TV is a really good medium to develop the comic book properties (as Arrow is such a good example of). I'm not a Batman aficionado, but I don't understand why people complain so much about the show being…
Yeah, that's a little worrisome and I'm not sure if they can prevent that. And to top that off, you're always playing against anonymous people, I'm not sure I would like the chances of playing a cheater. I get his argument, but if I was playing a friend at least I'd know he wasn't cheating (I hope!)
