I don’t understand why people want to grind for rolls as the endgame.

That’s not to say that there isn’t room to improve. Bring back heroic strikes, add more exotic quests, etc. But, yes, Destiny is a go to mid-week game for me, and I’m okay with that. I’m still well over 50-60 hours and counting playing it, so it’s definitely worth the price of admission.

Right I get a kick out of the people who have put 600 hours into it in a month complaining about nothing to do. Meanwhile, I still know a TON of players who havn’t cracked 280 or tried the raid.

Seems to me the only “big time Trials players” are people who want me to pay them for their help.

Now that I think about it, could they not just disable emotes in PvP shortterm than outright cancel the mode for 2 weeks? They have the functionality to lock equipment, surely it could be extended to lock one specific aspect of the inventory.

Given our current gaming discourse it’s kinda funny timing that a *single* microtransaction / loot box item has fucked with Destiny this badly. And they would rather rip apart their very gameplay schedule for weeks on end than alter their lootbox economy in the slightest possible way by simply removing and refunding…
