Public Trust does not equal public information. It’s about having the Public’s (Government’s) trust for a particular role. While Public Trust is not a classification, it is refers to the suitability requirements of a given position and requires different types of checks depending on the sensitivity of the position.

Since you have the issue come up enough that you have the big splashy gif, how about making the codes more prominent in the links and info boxes? Right now they look to be that same kind of unassuming faded grey text that says “unimportant fine print that no one reads anyway” and evidently very easy to miss.
