It's not in the ADA, and in some states you can't put changing tables in bathrooms because they take up to much space in bathrooms according to the ADA. It's a great convenience to families and for restaurants catering to them they are a must but in no ways mandatory.

I've worked in 2 restaurants that couldn't put in changing tables thanks to the ADA (at least not without major renovations) so we kept a rigid changing pad in back for customers who needed it, we still had a few people try and change babies on tables and they were promply shown out.

I will forever love watching that show. I know, I'm part of the problem.

Yes those work so well with my horrible latex allergy and as SOOOO effective compared to the "more effective than sterilization" method I'm using now. Plus they do nothing to make my month long periods more predictable and manageable, condoms are clearly the answer.

When inflation happened. Server's haven't had a change in wages since the 60's, most are still making $2.15 an hour. If you think %20 is a lot do us all a favor and don't eat out.

Bear in mind you 15% doesn't just go to the server, but the busser, food runner, bartender and the cook as well. So your 8 dollar tip is split 5 ways which wasn't standard when 15% became a rule. No one is going to scoff at 18% but California sales tax on food is only 7.5% if you'er doubling that for good service…
