This! So much this! One of the defining characteristics of a Sith is that they are duplicitous. They lie to anyone and everyone. About everything. Why people believe Palpatine/Sidious when he says... well, ANYTHING... is beyond me.

They didn’t. Production budget was $175 million; io9 is quoting an unnamed “veteran” cited in another story on another site.

I forget the technical name for that person in the movie, but he’s the one that dies to prove the threat is real.

Let me understand this: you’re quoting an unnamed source quoted in a different article on a different site as to where they need to be to break even, forgetting for a minute that $750 Million is more than FOUR TIMES the production budget? I mean, I understand marketing costs, and most sites take the production budget

I think what we’re seeing here is that you come armed with “math” and “facts”; and you’re using them against someone that got the equivalent of a participation trophy for their participation in maths class (typo intended).

You may be on to something here.

You can “thank” (blame) the 29 million people who whittled it down to the two least qualified, least trusted, least liked candidates ever.

You're right. They'd draw dickbutt. Or trollface.

I’m looking forward to ‘Wonder Woman: The First Avenger’…

True, Harley has a skimpy outfit… but what about Katana and Enchantress?

And that’s a problem because…?

Holy crap, that’s gold.

For $43,000? Crack pipe.

Way to go, Giz. What, are you scouring the Internet circa 2012 for stories now?

“You never want a serious crisis to go to waste… This crisis provides the opportunity for us to do things that you could not before.” - Obama Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel, November, 2008

First guess was Arizona. Second guess was Texas. AKA the two examples of why “more guns” isn't always the answer.

Easy-just have her die in a hypersleep chamber failure, during/after which it crash lands on the planet.

Last year, Arizona turned the equivalent of .6% of their population into criminals, raising around $59 million in the process. If there’s a state that’s more heavy handed in their DUI enforcement, I’ve yet to find it.

Remember when Chevy was selling a Hybrid Tahoe, and how many “Hybrid” badges they stuck on that thing, and how big they were? I want to say there were at least 5; 2 on each side, and one on the rear.

The headline asks a question the article doesn’t answer.
