PHASE123
PHASE123
PHASE123

People have hated these troll baiting topics since the very first comparison video on Gametrailers. I don't think there is any need for Kotaku to head down that road.

@ThreeOneFive: You're not alone! They were very charming in their own way, especially to an MGS fan.

I'm a huge fan of MGS. I didn't want to buy it for my PSP but I didn't want to miss out on a series cannon story entry. I was secretly suspecting this kind of thing being announced; I just found ways to put off playing it because when I played the PSP demo the controls were a little unfamiliar and awkward.

I own or have completed almost all of these games. Sucks to be me.

why aren't there more modern day games in ancient egypt. That gets my vote.

This artwork is amazing. A fantastic modern interpretation of the pin-up.

I'm not too fussed about the game; I'll wait for reviews, but Goddamn I love the concept art for this game!

What a great mod! I'm not a fan of mods that alter the game's feel, or add planes or technology or anything, but little improvements like this are excellent. BetterLighting eventually got used in the code for the final game so maybe we'll see this added. I hope so.

I'm a real fan of the focus on custom combos. An exciting enticement for people that want to invest some serious time getting to know characters inside out.

Some of these are fantastic! I literally Lol'd when I read "hot beef injection". That guy was dedicated to covering everything haha.

Imagine being born when electricity was only just no longer a concept. Entering the world in the light of oil lamps and dieing in the time of iPads and e-mail. Crazy stuff.

@MyNameIsTooAwesome: You would probably just say "Fuck the car, I have a teleporter!".

I'm not sure I even care about the "controversy" surrounding this, it's still boring.

Hurry up Gearbox!

Ahhh what a shame. That is a let down. Thanks for letting us all know.

Agreed.

The art is very good. I cant help but feel the last one, which looks like the cover, is lacking though. After the other artwork it just seems a bit... by the numbers.

Still fairly impressive for a handheld and it looks to me like an average third-party action game engine; not exactly something special or particularly invested in.
