@truthtellah: I had done roughly 2 hours of Rosetta Stone. So I knew nothing except useless phrases that were designed to teach me sentence structure. From going to bars and talking to people and meeting people in hostels, I learnt the BARE basics and then just experimented. For example, if I knew how to say "What is

@truthtellah: Taxes and forms are difficult, from what I hear, as many are solely in Japanese. However, getting by is fairly easy with only the basic knowledge of Japanese. Especially as its easy to pick it up quickly while immersed in it there.

I'm with bashcraft on this. The character felt so honourable that you wanted to play that way. If that's not immersion I don't know what is.

@psykofaze: Maybe 'shop in Kratos? Good idea though :)

@Chicken65: This isn't funny. It's just awesome! :)

Man I love Etna. My family is Sicilian and while they live on the other side of the island, I distinctly remember running around as a child on the slopes of Etna, in the summer time. To me, it's nice to see it in this ferocious state too.

@kitkatklub123: Don't you mean Bunga-Bunga partying with Berlusconi?

It would be incredibly cool if someone made a shooter where you play as American good guys in a war. And then, driven by the horrors you experience, you start to question whether you were the bad guys all along.

I have no problems with gameloft ripping ideas off; someones got to bring them to the iPhone after all. What annoys me is the WOEFULLY BAD voice acting and dialogue in every Gameloft game. People love the original games for their quality. Nailing solely the gameplay aspect serves an end, no doubt, but always leaves me

Stunning artwork. I'd love to see a DK game like this.

It's nice to see turtle beach release some decent ps3 headsets. I like their headsets but my friends have all said they've developed crackles and pops over time. I'm going to stick with my wireless Astros, but good on them.

Really? It has to be me that says it?

Cannot wait. Uncharted has always excelled at the action genre and yet still kept some humanity to it's characters. I'm excited about everything in this preview, but most appealing was the little human touches they talked about. With the formula so good to begin with, anything that increases my immersion in it gets my

Do the standard cars have an in-car view?

I still have no idea how this game controls? Not a single review has explained it and I'm really curious.

@burninfidels: While I can agree with you, I personally think that a well made trailer can entice and not give anything away. Spoilers are always frustrating so I really do agree. I try not to watch gameplay for that reason unless it is in a trailer.

@mindsale: Yeah I think they loosened up on it. I understand why they do it, but I'm sure the same frenetic effect can be achieved without having to resort to that. Maybe just more voice acting of people shouting "RAMIREZ TAKE OUT THAT SENTRY" like MW2 did. Haha.

@Ryugatana: The most annoying thing is that you had to listen to the conversation woods has with the guy on top of the hill EVERY time.

I am RIDICULOUSLY excited for this. I didn't play the others so it's all fresh and intriguing to me. I think it helps that the cinematic trailers have been astoundingly well put together.
